By submitting an application for pre-settlement funding, you authorize CashforCase to review your case details and contact your attorney for additional information.Approval of funding is at the sole discretion of CashforCase and is based on the merits of your case.

Funding Terms:

If approved, the terms of the funding, including the amount, rates, and repayment conditions, will be outlined in a separate agreement. You must review and agree to these terms before receiving funds.

Non-Recourse Funding:

Our funding is non-recourse, meaning you only repay the funded amount if you win your case. If you do not win your case, you owe us nothing.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Jersey, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

9. Termination
